1. Automatic feeding system

The automatic feeding system consists of a hen feeding system and a rooster feeding system. Due to the different physiological needs and production goals of hens and roosters, separating their feeding helps prevent leg problems in roosters, improves fertilization rates in hens, increases egg hatchability, and reduces feed waste.

(1) Female Chain Feeding System

Drive device adopt vertical reducer motor, which is more reliable and steady, lower noise and uniform delivery feed compared with mechanical reduction gear.Delivery speed reach up to 36m/min.

(2) Female Breeder Feeding pan

●4 feed pan per 3 meter, that is 750mm interval between 2 feed pans.

●Feed pan diameter 360mm

●Material: PP

●Feed capacity : 12.5 bird per pan

●16 grills, width adjustable from 40-52mm, 11 levels. Suitable for different type and day old of breeder.

●Feed hole height-adjustable from 70mm, 80mm, 90mm 3 levels. When grill width is 52mm and feed hole height is 90 mm, the pullet could goes in and come out freely.

●With slide shutter-off, could shut any feed pan freely.

●Pan bottom dish could be disassembled easily for washing. Hanging with grill, there is no need to disassemble pan completely when washing, easy and clean to re-assemble.

(3) Male Breeder Feeding pan

●Diameter: 360mm

●Material: PP (polypropylene)

●Feeding capacity：6 ~ 8 male birds/pan

●9-grill design: enough eating space with more cock.

●Clamp prevents the pan from rotating and keep the feed in the middle of the pan.

●Manual adjuster on the pan head can regulate the feed level of cylinder to the best position. Save feed to the great extent.

2. Automatic drinking system

The automatic drinking system can ensure that chickens can drink clean water 24 hours a day. The water line height can be freely adjusted to ensure that chickens can drink water at any growth stage. The nipple drinking system is composed of pressure regulator, nipple drinking lines, hanging system, and anti-perched accessories.

3. Egg collection system

The egg laying box is used for laying hens and broiler breeders. The galvanized sheet is made of high quality, and the zinc content is 275 g/square and the thickness is 0.5mm. The 24 hole egg box can prevent both sides of the egg box on both sides of the egg box to keep the ventilation hole on both sides to ensure the good ventilation effect of each nest box; the bottom bracket is made of modified PP plastic and convenient to install; the pedal made of high quality wood is smooth, straight, corrosion-resistant and without burr, and can be added to the soft artificial rubber mat according to the choice of the customer, and effectively play the production characteristics of the nest box. To reduce the number of dirty eggs, bad egg, anti perches design, effectively keep the surface clean.
The egg collection system includes laying boxes and a conveyor belt, ensuring that eggs are automatically transported outside the chicken house, reducing the egg breakage rate, and decreasing labor requirements.

(2) Temperature control system
Tunnel Door
Tunnel door is used to adjust the wind speed and direction in the chicken house.

Air Inlet
Air Inlet can controlled fresh air entry, reduce the temperature inside the chicken coop and prevent diseases.

Ventilation Fan
The ventilation fans have large air volume, it can fast heat issipation.

(3) Cooling Pad System

When the air flows through the porous and moist surface of the cooling pad, a large amount of water evaporates, thus reducing the temperature of the air itself. When the fan is draught, the cold air which is cooled by the cooling pad is continuously introduced into the room, so as to achieve the cooling effect.
